OMG OMG OMG
7 days to my FINAL Exam
And approximately 10 days till my little family reunion
At this place I call hell home for the past 6 years

*hyperventilates and faints*

The most awaited day of the year in RSMU
Our very own prom night!
Started since 2006
But only my 3rd time there
As I missed last year's, bcos none of my friends wanted to go

This year the event was held in Radisson Hotel
Quite a big upgrade compared to previous years

Most of the night was spent in the Hall
Where we were entertained with performances by our own students
No pictures here cos it was all dark inside
And the organizing committee set us graduating class in the front row
How nice

After that, we had our dinner at the banquet hall
Had Malaysian Cuisine
However the food wasn't quite enough to fill our tummies


The subject of my experiment
She was so nice didn't complain at all
When I did her up =)
Trusted me 100%
And she looked stunning!!

Somemore not to say I pro at it
The only time I did someone else's make up was last year for SSenn 4 Massad
Oh and for my mummy also! Hehehe...

...in Moscow!
After nearly 6 years here *shame*

Well at least I have reasons la ok
They sub all the movies in Russian and there are no english subtitles
And maklumla my russian not so the power
English cinemas are hard to find, and the films are always very late

But I decided it was time to try it out
Partly because morning shows are at a discount *hurray!*
And I only have a lil less than 2 month left here anyways
So it's now or never

Went to Prince Plaza's Boomerang Cinema
We planned to go for X-Men Origins: Wolverine since it's more action than talking
However...It was no longer showing *whyyyyyyyy???*
So had to settle for Night at the Museum 2
Sad to say I could only understand maybe 50% of the jokes, if not less
Other parts that I don't, I just guess la LOL

But it was nice to finally set foot into a cinema after like....
8 months!
Comfy chair, surround sound speakers, popcorn and all =)

Next movie outing ---> Terminator Salvation premiering 4th June 2009
Who's up for it??

This is supposed to be a nice, relaxing weekend
As I just had my last day of the semester yesterday

However....I got another SMS from Daddy yesterday night
Which I didn't see till I went to bed ~3am
(bcos I use my hp as my alarm clock)

I got to know my grandma got a heart attack
And was in the hospital
That's all I got from the SMS

I quickly replied to get more information from daddy
He asked me to prepare for the worst
Her condition doesn't look so good
That's when the tears came

I knew this day would come
I mean she lived a long life
She hasn't exactly been in tip-top shape for a while
I've told myself that time and time again
But I guess I am not mentally prepared for this sudden event
I tend to not think of unhappy stuff

I prayed to God, asked to keep her safe
That she'd survive this somehow
Put my hp in loud mode, should I get any updates
And I fell asleep

Woke up at 7am to another sms from Daddy
Only to find that she has indeed passed away
I cried myself back to sleep again

For a long time she has been my only grandparent
She has never been a very talkative person
However she was ALWAYS smiling
Every single time I saw her
It is the sweetest and most sincere smile I've ever known
That I will never forget.


I'm trying to be as optimistic as I can
At least now, she can reunite with grandpa
And hopefully, wherever she may be, somehow she regains her memory
I do hope that she can remember all the happy times she had spent with us
I am gonna miss her SO much


Now I have to go do something to get my mind off this
Everytime I think of her I tear...
